Support adults with complex behavioral health needs in a calm, structured residential setting. As a Psychiatric LPN at MonteVera Pearl Residence, you’ll provide hands-on nursing care, medication administration, and therapeutic support while helping residents stabilize, build trust, and regain daily functioning. This role is ideal for nurses who value trauma-informed care, teamwork, and meaningful resident relationships.
Mental Health Professional (Lead Clinical Role)
Full-Time, Part-Time or On-Call | Tacoma, WA
Serve as a foundational clinical leader in a new Enhanced Services Facility supporting adults with serious mental illness. In this role, you’ll guide treatment planning, behavioral supports, crisis response, and staff development while providing direct clinical care. This position is ideal for an experienced, licensed clinician who wants to shape program culture and deliver high-quality, trauma-informed care from the ground up.
Psychiatric RN (Nurse Manager)
Full-Time, Part-Time or On-Call | Tacoma, WA
Lead nursing operations and set the standard for safe, compassionate psychiatric care in a community-based residential facility. As Nurse Manager, you’ll oversee clinical quality, medication management, staff training, and interdisciplinary collaboration while supporting residents through stabilization and recovery.
